It is possible to make airport-hotel transfer by directly arranging with them through the above email.
Booking of other hotels is possible. In this case, arrangements should be made directly with those hotels.
Due to pandemic restrictions, hotels will advise on the necessary requirements, e.g. declarations, immunization status, etc. Please check with the hotels.

Breakfast

Child breakfast charge is applicable for any child between 6-12 years old. Breakfast for children 5 years and under is free. Child breakfast is chargeable to guest account at walk-in price upon consumption.

Check-in & Check-out Time

Check-in time is from 3:00pm onwards and check-out time is by 11:00am

A valid government issued identification document is required for check-in.

MBS reserves the right to make changes to the check-in and check-out time.

Late Cancellation

Any cancellation or amendment of reservation must be received by Tuesday, 3 August 2021 failing which a full duration room charge (plus 10% service charge and prevailing government tax) will be charged to the credit card details of the individual attendee(s) provided for guarantee.

No Show

In an event of no-show, a full duration room charges including prevailing service charge and tax will be charged to the credit card provided for guarantee.

Early Departure

Should guests arrive at MBS prior to the normal check-in time, please approach MBS’ Guest Services Desk for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available. If guests will be arriving early, guests are advised to consider booking the day before arrival for early access to the room.

Early Arrival and Extension Stay

Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy levels. Guests are advised to check with MBS’ Front Desk at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to departure on availability of late check-out. A half-day room charge may be imposed for late check-out between 11 am to 6pm and a full day room charge may be imposed for late check-out after 6pm.

A deposit will be collected by way of cash payment or credit card upon check-in for payment of incidentals in addition to full payment of the room and prevailing government taxes.
